This is a two-storey Japanese-style detached house, and the bedroom is on the second floor with a nice view and fresh air. AEON, Farmers Market, Welcia, and several drug stores are available in 10 min walk. Izumi-Fuchu station is 1.5 kms (Hanwa Sen – 20 min to Tennoji station) and Tadaoka station is 2 kms (Nankai Sen – 25 min to Namba station). The house needs to be shared with another tenant who lives in the adjacent room. You need to pay 40% of the electricity, water, and gas charges based on actual consumption.
